Your Yoga Nundah Classes

  • Monday & Thursday 6.00pm

    Mindful, long held postures focusing on connective tissue and joints. An opportunity to inhabit your body and settle the nervous system. Suitable for all humans, especially really busy ones.

  • Weekly each Saturday 8.00am

    An integration of mindfulness practice with a gentle yoga flows to improve core strength, posture and overall mobility. Beneficial for physical and mental wellness. ‘Inflexible folk’ very welcome.

  • 1st Sunday of the month 3.00pm

    Set aside precious time and space each month to slow down and connect with what is most important. Mindful movement and stillness and quiet reflection and ‘yintention’ setting.

$20 - Casual Class Visit

$40 - Casual Class Pass - Living with Yintention

On the first Sunday of each month (except May and October due to long weekends), set aside precious time and space each month to slow down and connect with what is most important. Guided through a combination of mindfulness practice, gentle movement, stillness and quiet reflection, set your intentions for the month and year ahead. This class is not included in the ‘first class free’ offer.

$150 - 10 Class Pass

2.5 classes for free / save $50 - either way, this is the best value and lowest fuss option. Able to be used for all classes. Not refundable but transferable to another person. Once you purchase your pass, book via the booking link and ignore the invite to pay. I’ll let you know once your pass has expired but I find that many in our community manage this beautifully themselves via this self serve link.
