A gentle flow to increase core strength, mobility in the major joints and spine followed by longer-held shapes to improve flexibilitiy of the body and mind. Mindfulness is guided throughout.

Tuesday 6.30pm
Mindful, long held postures focusing on connective tissue and joints. An opportunity to inhabit your body and settle the nervous system. Suitable for all humans, especially really busy ones.

Saturday 8.00am
An integration of mindfulness practice with a gentle yoga flows to improve core strength, posture and overall mobility. Beneficial for physical and mental wellness. ‘Inflexible folk’ very welcome.
